Just turned in our 30-day notice … it’s really happening now!
…or at least it had better really be happening now because otherwise 30 days from now we’re going to be homeless… 😯
New target date for our closing is now July 31st, or 7 days from now. It was supposed to be tomorrow, but several cogs in this contraption neglected to move together in an efficient manner, so we had to bump it back a week. I think we can still work with 7/31, but anything after that is going to really start pushing it.
I’m going to own my own house in a week!
