I found myself just a tad bit addicted to this show on Saturday when I encountered a mini-marathon of it running on Discovery HD. Mind you, most of the situations would’ve no doubt killed me in a heartbeat, like the episode where he had to burrow into a snow drift to make shelter for the night which just read as snowy grave to me, but ultimately it was still kinda interesting to watch him scale absolutely ridiculous cliffs and eat things that wouldn’t normally come pre-packaged, if you know what I mean…

Guess Who’s Coming to Town?!
Rumor has it that my sister is currently heading this way via vehicular transport, albeit from the sounds of it she and her boyfriend are also planning on visiting every other state in the contigious United States prior to making an appearance. Nonetheless, by my approximations that should put them in the vicinity of Florida sometime around Thanksgiving, so a good feast should be enjoyed by all!
