Just turned in our 30-day notice … it’s really happening now!
…or at least it had better really be happening now because otherwise 30 days from now we’re going to be homeless… 
New target date for our closing is now July 31st, or 7 days from now. It was supposed to be tomorrow, but several cogs in this contraption neglected to move together in an efficient manner, so we had to bump it back a week. I think we can still work with 7/31, but anything after that is going to really start pushing it.
I’m going to own my own house in a week!
