It’s a bit on the lengthy side at 11 minutes long, but this is a great overview of how broadband usage actually works and why data caps are generally a bad idea for innovation. I particularly appreciated the visuals on why large downloads don’t slow down smaller downloads, contrary to a certain Alaskan senator’s own opinions from a few years ago.
