– Heard via tweet that Penny Arcade & Co. began recording a new D&D podcast for WotC today in the new Dark Sun campaign setting
– Managed to sell off some stock after the price floated just underneath my target price for about a week … should put a nice little chunk of unexpected cash into our house fund
– Came across the announcement from Disney that they’ll finally be making use of some half-developed land near Pop Century by turning it into a new value resort called Disney’s Art of Animation Resort
– Was able to pick up a new D&D book that I’ve been anticipating nearly a week before the official release date
– Side Note: Also figured out that the new Dungeon Magazine Annual will be the next book I buy, primarily because it highlights one of my favorite Jim Darkmagic moments (“I want you to know something before I die. I was awesome.”).
– Had some nice rolls in tonight’s D&D game, rolled a few crits and used some nice tactics to knock out some tough enemies fairly early in their respective combats
– Got to spend a little time with the wife this evening, even though she’s not feeling well
